Strategic Communications Audit

$7,500.00
Limit 1 per order

A strategic review of how your organization communicates, where the work is getting stuck, and what needs to be fixed first.

This audit is for organizations, public-facing teams, founders, arts groups, nonprofits, publications, and mission-driven businesses that know their communications are scattered, outdated, inconsistent, or harder to manage than they should be.

The audit may review website content, newsletters, social media, public updates, printed materials, reports, recurring documents, approval processes, messaging gaps, outdated information, and the places where communication work is costing time, clarity, trust, or momentum.

Includes a written findings document with priorities, structural recommendations, and next steps.

Includes:

  • Review of selected communications materials

  • Website and public-facing content review, when relevant

  • Review of recurring channels such as newsletters, social media, reports, public updates, or printed materials

  • Notes on messaging gaps, structure, friction points, outdated information, and approval issues

  • Written findings document

  • Priority recommendations

  • Suggested next steps for implementation

This is a paid first step. If the audit leads to implementation work, that work is scoped separately.

Payment may be made in full or through the available payment plan: 50% due at checkout and the remaining 50% charged one month later.

Work begins after the initial payment is completed. Final findings and recommendations are delivered after the balance is paid.
